Children and Adolescent Dentistry

Children under aged 13 years

At Remarkable Smile we are able to provide free urgent dental care for children under 13 years of age. Painful teeth, sore gums, swelling, accidents, broken sharp teeth all constitute as an urgent dental need.

In addition to that, specific dental treatments will also be free for children who have been referred by a school dental therapist.

Adolescents aged 13-17 years

All dental treatment for adolescents aged 13 to 17 years of age are free. This covers a range of dental treatments from cleans to root canal therapy. At Remarkable Smile we only place tooth coloured fillings for all our adolescent patients at no extra charge.

Please note: The only adolescent treatments which are not covered by the Ministry of Health are cosmetic dental treatment and orthodontic related treatment.
